Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your order and reserve your place in our baking schedule. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Because all of our gourmet cookies are baked fresh to order, we begin preparing your order shortly after payment is made. For this reason, all sales are final, and cancellations or refunds cannot be guaranteed once your order has been confirmed.
